Deborah Ann Woll is popular for her teen-vampire role in “True Blood”. Before that, she made some guest appearances in a number of TV series, like “Life” in 2007, “ER”, “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”, “My Name is Earl” and “The Mentalist” in 2008.




Woll got her most acclaimed role in “True Blood”, an HBO fantasy drama. She played the role of Jessica Hamby for which she won and the entire team of the drama won Satellite award for Best Cast. She continued with the role till the drama wrapped up. In 2009, Woll had a guest role in “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”.

He is also a comedian and one little-known fact is that almost his entire family is afflicted with a condition called as choroideremia. It is a condition that ultimately leads to complete blindness. Woll makes use of her status and stature in society to spread awareness about this rare disease. In fact, she gets inspiration from her boyfriend for her own condition of being intolerant to any food containing gluten, as she suffers from Celiac disease.
